			Sight seeing & Heritage
			Tullow is located in the River Slaney Valley in the midst of roaming green terrain and views of the Wicklow mountains. Visit the museum in Tullow, Ring of the Rath just outside Tullow or the renowned Brownshill Dolmen in Carlow, take a stroll down the Wicklow way or up Mount Leinster.
	Golfing
	Carlow is one of the richest counties when it comes to top championship golf courses. With Mount Wolseley, Killerig, Coolattin & Carlow all within a 10 minutes drive. Other excellent courses a little further a field include Mount Juliet and Gowran in Kilkenny, the K-Club, Athy, Kilkea Castle and Rathsallagh in Kildare. 			Dining Out
			when you get tired of cooking there are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in Tullow and the surrounding area. Mount Wolseley Hotel, Rathwood, The River Bank and The Forge are but a handful. You'll also find some of the local pubs have carvery and La Carte menus. With Carlow town just 15 minutes by car your guaranteed not to run out of dining options.

			Carlow has plenty to offer those looking for an active holiday. Take your pick from fishing on the rivers Slaney or Barrow, horse riding, quad biking, paragliding, bowling, snooker, hill walking, canoeing, swimming and shopping. Visit some of the local garden centers such as Altamount gardens, Rathwood and the award winning Arboretum. Or enjoy a day at the races with Gowran park, the Curragh, Punchestown and Wexford all less than an hours drive.

	Carlow is a relatively small county so their is an abundance of towns and villages within close proximity. Ardattin, Ballon, Shillelagh, Clonmore, Rathvilly, Leighlinbridge, Bagenalstown, Myshal, Kildavin, Clonegal, Carlow, Fenagh, Castledermot and Hacketstown are all within a short drive of Tullow.
